- Moccachino – Layers of both chocolate and vanilla sponge, filled with smooth coffee buttercream and real Belgian chocolate ganache.
- Sticky Toffee – Layers of vanilla & date sponge, drizzled with a vanilla syrup & filled with the famous ‘Cartmel Sticky Toffee’ sauce & buttercream.
- Luxury Belgian Chocolate Truffle – Layers of light chocolate sponge, drizzled with a vanilla syrup, filled with either a white or dark Belgian chocolate ganache … or both!
- Raspberry & White Chocolate – Layers of light vanilla sponge, filled with a fruity raspberry preserve, raspberry buttercream and white chocolate ganache
- Jaffa Chocolate Orange – Layers of both chocolate & orange sponge, filled with a fruity apricot preserve and a smooth dark Belgian chocolate ganache.
- Finest Fruit – A deep, moist fruit cake with a mixture of both traditional and exotic dried fruits & dark cherries, with and subtle hint of Brandy.
